I experience my therapists empathy as condescending and then I feel stupid for even telling her whatever I said. I feel in the way and like I’ve wasted her time. Is this common in people with childhood trauma?

Therapists: I noticed the book my analyst takes my notes in has strategically placed page markers, but other clients’ books don’t. Why is this? I have CPTSD from CA and abandonment. It has worried me!

How do I stop thinking about my old employer? I opened up to a HR person when asked about my MH. She was helpful at first and then used it against me and I lost my job. It was a very personal exchange and now I feel betrayed and it was a game to her

Is it possible to have OSDD without being aware of it and alters? How can I tell the difference between OSDD and C-PTSD as I relate to both? Or maybe what I'm feeling is completely normal and not a disorder? I feel like I'm exaggerating or faking.
