Can PTSD cause you not to remember arguments and stressful experiences that happen in one's daily life, even years after one's trauma? I seem to "block" these things from my memory and they return a couple of days later. What's wrong with me?

Is it possible to have a combination of mental/personality disorders? For instance I see someone who I know has cPTSD but she also displays BPD, NPD and fearful avoidancy. Not to mention OCPD/OCD. It’s quite a mix ?
