Many Twin Flames are from dysfunctional families. 'Runner' & 'chaser' dynamics in these connections seem identical to Avoidant & Anxious relationship dynamics. If separation between them triggers core wounds, is this connection healing or harmful?

How do you know if you’re on the autism spectrum or simply suffering from cptsd? I’ve had friends in the past who were on the spectrum and believed me to be but my psychologist told me I just had cptsd and it overlaps in some ways.

What is the prognosis for people with CPTSD and trauma-induced disorders like BPD, NPD, etc.? Are they lifelong conditions that can be managed as opposed to cured? What is your experience with these conditions?

My therapist mentioned believing that understanding of international trauma and reconciliation with parents is an important part of complex trauma work. I cannot imagine myself ever being able to tolerate a relationship with my parents. Is she right?
