My blood pressure is 130/80 yesterday and today, 140/80, but I am announcing anxiety, tension, and panic attacks because it rises in panic attacks. Is this normal, knowing that it rises to 180/110 during the attack?

Why do I get a panic attack when I’m bored? I always end up thinking the worst thing has happened, which in my case is my mum in danger. Even her being in the next room or hugging her doesn’t help.
