What does it take to fully heal past trauma? I read a ton. I’ve been to therapy for years and years. I consider myself a deep thinker committed to self-awareness. Yet the trauma’s still stored in there, almost like it’s a part of my bone marrow.

Is this a cptsd dissociative experience? I’m sitting in therapy, then I feel my body detach and my feelings. I’m inside watching; I hear thoughts and words but they generally aren’t what I would think or say. At some point I lose time entirely.

How can I tell if I have BPD or CPTSD? I don’t ever get angry really which I hear is common in BPD. I don’t devalue ever but I do idealize. I don’t manipulate to keep people around.
