Why do some people with (c) ptsd self-trigger (actively seeking out things that can trigger)? Do you see this often in trauma therapy? Can it, for instance, be caused by a wish to self-harm or to stop feeling numb?

Should therapists terminate clients by email? Should they ethically be able to terminate people at all given how traumatic, triggering and harmful it is? Why is it not a collaborative discussion? Why are there not more loving considerate endings?
