Hello! I’m 37 years old. Never experienced anxiety until 4 months ago, I had a panic attack in September & October. I thought I was having a heart attack, had my heart checked blood work/thyroid/hormones. I have an 8 year old and 18 month old. Ever since I cannot sleep. My chest turns beat red and my heart races and I sweat. This has been going on for months. I have this feeling during the day as well. I have tried Zoloft, I’m on 50 mg 4 weeks and haven’t noticed anything except I don’t have outbursts of yelling anymore. I also have tried Temazapam for 4 weeks straight for sleep. Nothing. I sleep maybe 2 hours a night. I feel tortured, any help?!
