Recently my OCD has been very bad. I keep having such horrible and haram intrusive thoughts during namaz and in my everyday life that I would never actually mean. I can’t stop these thoughts. Will they count as sin?

Does God know I don’t mean those intrusive thoughts making promises? Will he hold me to those promises? I am terrified because I had an intrusive thought that said something and put it on my eternal life and I didn’t mean it. Am I held to it?

What advice do you have for getting over negative intrusive thoughts and anxiety? Particularly ones that are likely linked to past trauma. I know it’s self-destructive and/or self-sabotaging, and I don’t want to take it out on the people I love.
