Do you feel sad sometimes that you if you had met your therapist earlier in life, you would have been much happier now? That you've already made the major decisions in your life before starting therapy and now it's so much harder to change them and start over? Almost like having to re-do your life? If so, how are you dealing with it? Of course better later than never...I want to change my life, though, not just cope with what I have.
