I dont really know who to ask so I came here hoping someone would answer my question. I hear voices all the time. The voices aren't mine. I hear them in my head. Sometimes screaming and saying negative things to me. Like for example, if I'm in a crowded place like malls, school, park, etc, I would hear whispers and voices telling me that “they all hate you" or screaming at me and it would startle me, leading to people around me thinking I'm some kind of psycho. I'm scared to ask people around me. Does anyone have similar experiences? What did you do?
