Is this a cptsd dissociative experience? I’m sitting in therapy, then I feel my body detach and my feelings. I’m inside watching; I hear thoughts and words but they generally aren’t what I would think or say. At some point I lose time entirely.

With D.I.D. how can you dissociate less? I feel about 80% of my time I am dissociated to some degree. Most of is a low amount - I can still function but I do not feel like myself. Is this common with co-con? Ideas?

In therapy I learned that I dissociate and we talked about parts and pieces in my head. I've never been diagnosed. Last week I talked about my trauma for the first time, a new person/voice came into my head? Is this a common thing to happen?

Doctors have believed I am either schizophrenic or DID. None wanted to acknowledge both at the same time. I have clearly defined psychosis, but dissociative "voices" have remained my whole life. Is it really impossible to have both?
