I’m thinking about living in a van, because I have severe CPTSD and can’t work right now. It seems like maybe could be grounding for me to be outdoors and in nature all the time. Unless, I’ll be gripped by fear each night and not able to feel safe?

I had some bad things happening during my childhood. When they actually happened, I don't remember being that scared, but when I think about them, I get terrified and numb. Why is this happening?

How many years of therapy should it take to overcome C-PTSD? I’ve been in therapy for years and still struggle with symptoms daily. On meds as well. Am I ‘wallowing’ in it? Can one become ‘addicted’ to therapy?
