While I was waking up I heard a sound like someone touching the wall and then another like pencil scratching on paper next to my ear but all I could do was open my eyes and when I did I didn’t see anything. Does anyone hve any explanation for this?

I am hearing unknown voices criticising me. I can’t find where the voice is, and I don't recognize the voice. Could I be hallucinating? I also have depression and OCD.
