I’m having hallucinations, visual and auditory. How can I make them go away? I’ve tried so many medications with no improvement.

Was I hallucinating? I saw flashing lights, heard a series of beeping or whisper, things were moving in strange ways and my ears had a weird sensation like numbness but it felt like a dream? This all happened for about 30 minutes

Please help me I’m getting extremely worried. Just recently, I can hear whispers in my ear. A man’s voice saying random words that don’t make sense. Like “thank you” or “where are you” just really stupid stuff like that. What’s going on?
