I'm afraid that I won't be able to be myself anymore. I'm currently suffering with anxiety and depression, and I just feel like I won't ever go back to being myself. Is this normal?

How do I do homework when I’m feeling depressed? It isn't diagnosed and my mom doesn't know about it, so she just forces me to do work. If I can't, she yells and makes me feel worse.
