Can we have a discussion on transference? What it is. What it is like for you and your therapist. How do you discuss it with them. What is their reactions to it. What does therapy mean to you? What do you get out of it? What about your therapist? Is it worth all the effort and energy and money and everything you bring there with you, all the pain that comes with it, everything you show to a complete stranger and all that vulnerability? For what?
