Do you feel like you “get enough” in therapy, or do you frequently feel hungry? If you wish there could be more therapy, would you want longer sessions, more frequently? Do you long for a deeper level of connection, or to try a new modality of therapy? Basically, are you feeling satisfied, or are you wanting more?
