How do I stop auditory hallucinations when I go to sleep at 15 years old? Every time I'm going to sleep I have hallucinations of a bug that's not there buzzing around my ear and it's quite annoying. How do I stop them?

How do I know if I'm actually having hallucinations? I would usually see something in the corner of my eye for a split second or I'd see a light flash for a second, plus many more and I don't know if this would be considered as hallucinations..

Why are there voices in my head saying evil things (for example, to hurt someone)? Doctors can't help me. I don't think they are hallucinations cause somehow they instantly know all my thoughts and feelings and hallucinations don't work that way.
