Can a "binge" ruin your weight loss results? I wouldn't say I binged I just consumed about a normal amount of calories trough unhealthy foods but I still consumed a little bit more than I am supposed to consume in order to lose weight.

Okay so I dont want to get an eating disorder but I keep bingeing anyway and gaining weight and I try to excersise and restrict but I get hungry and end up bingeing again not that long later. Purging seems like the only answer. What should I do?

What eating disorder do I have if I don't want to eat - not eating for days (or restricting) but then binging and then purging? Or generally with a little food in my stomach I want to purge so much to get it out.
