I keep wondering am I a system or is it something else. I've asked questions on here before and it does help for a little bit but then I come back with more questions, ones I feel I should know the answer to. But I don't. I can't remember the trauma that would have caused me to feel that I need alters/ selves. I realize that is a common experience but I don't think the others know the trauma either. We all remember what the others have done and all memories are accessible to everyone, I remember some traumatic events from childhood (emotional abuse stuff) but it doesn't feel like it would cause this due to the trauma not being super severe. I think this is the main reason I keep looking for alternative answers to what could be going on. One of the others is convinced something more happene
