How do you feel connected to your therapist if you are used to between session emails which (due to a clinic-wide policy change) have just become not allowed? For background, I see her virtually, and I can't see her as often as I would like. I often have 2-5 weeks between appointments. Usually I send her an email once a week. I have gotten used to being able to send her pictures of my art and journal entries. I can't transfer files to her on the remote telehealth app either. She said next time we meet, let's chat about "a way for you to feel connected without email." Ideas? Options? Things to ask for?
