What does neurotoxicity from psychosis feel like? Can any one really explain? It seems ridiculous. Ive had more psychosis than anyone. I probably had it if it's real. I have healed a lot and I can't explain it.

I have severe OCD and psychosis. I take clomipramine with high dose antipsychotics. If I switch clomipramine for an SSRI will I feel worse? Or would it help just as much as clomipramine because of the antipsychotic dose?
