Is there a type of PTSD that causes split personality disorder and pick fights, then after the rage leaves you feel remorse? Afterwards, you are nice for 6 months then start again.

Do you have to disclose your specific trauma in order to be diagnosed with ptsd? Would giving your symptoms and the type of trauma (eg: abuse) be enough? Or would you be required to say the events that occured?
