The last couple weeks or so I've been having panic attacks everyday, any time I'm left alone either physically by myself or not hearing the others talking I start to panic and sob uncontrollably. It's gotten so bad that the thought of leaving my room without one of the other being co-conscious has me scared. When I'm left alone I have very bad thoughts about sh/ and un-aliving and in the last week alone I've almost done it twice, thankfully I was stopped by either one of the others or a friend/ family member (I however wasn't stopped from sh). I'm not sure why this is happening, and I have no idea how to fix it. With the summer coming up and not being in school I'm scared of what I might do to myself, because I'm often in school or around a friend so I don't panic as much but now it's just
