I am bipolar with manic disorder. I got drunk and had an en bloc blackout. According to witnesses, I did some really shocking gay things which I dont normally do. I dont even remember what happened. I am devastated. What should I do?

How can I get rid of a debt I made while on a manic episode? I am bipolar and I took a loan while on a manic episode, and now I don’t have money to repay this loan. I was severely sick when I took the money. Has anyone gone through a similar thing?

What can I do to tame my mania? When I was having mania with psychotic features, someone told me to lay in bed and indulge in one of my hobbies as that might help. Does that help? And what else do you recommend (besides meds and therapy)?
