Can someone help me please I've been diagnosied with depression and anxiety 3 years ago and I had some intrusive and obsessive thoughts lately I can't stop thinking about my death and the possible scenarios. Is someone experiencing this as well?

Is it normal for my OCD/intrusive thoughts to make me confused as to who I am? Like my intrusive thoughts get mixed up with my regular thoughts so much that I can't really know for sure what my actual personality is like or things like that?

How do I control my overactive-intrusive imagination? Specially mental math, reading, etc. Even then, I have good imagination. Sometimes, if I get carried away that it's hard to see what's real or not, specially when I'm in the toilet.
