How do I ease cardiophobia? I’m a young adult who is fairly healthy but, My OCD and GAD like to obsess over physical symptoms and assume they mean death. Lately my fear has been heart attacks due to an article of a man having a “random” heart attack.

Today my doctor prescribed fluvoxamine por my OCD, generalized anxiety disorder and depression, but in the internet say it only works for OCD and depression. Does fluvoxamine works for anxiety? Has anyone here ever tried fluvoxamine?
