Months later I'm still struggling with trauma bond, which some people call love, but I feel uncomfortable to think that I “love" a monster. So I feel that trauma bond describes it better. Where is that invisible border between love and trauma bond?

The deep aching feeling I live with may be guilt for leaving badly. Everyone stories are way worse than what I got. I was just at times criticized belittled judged and compared. Did I make a mistake leaving? The pain I felt then doesn’t compare now

How do you cope with the final discard? I have gone no contact, but I’m riding a roller coaster of emotion in the process. I can’t digest THIS as our ending. Trauma bonding is real. Any support / advice?

Does anyone ever have a partner whose dealing with repressed memory and trauma? How to handle them? I’m confused because he said his feeling for me is fading every time he digs into his trauma.The trauma has nothing to do with me anyway.
