In addition to having PTSD, C-PTSD, DID and a few too many other disorders, I also am an empath? Sometimes it feels beyond confusing. If I’m in a store it can feel like I’m one of my more sensitive alters, a weird derealization or is it picking up others vibes or possibly a combination. Curious if there is someone else who experiences this?

How well were you able to hide your DID, or OSDD-1b from your caretakers? People argue with me that my parents would have noticed instantly, but they didn't. Now that I'm in therapy, my "obvious" alters are coming out more, so now they're noticing.
