Sharing your WhatsApp number with friends is a straightforward process. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Add your friends' contact details: Make sure you have your friends' phone numbers saved in your phone's contacts list. WhatsApp uses your phone's contact list to identify and connect with other WhatsApp users.

  2. Open WhatsApp: Launch the WhatsApp application on your smartphone. WhatsApp is available for both Android and iOS devices.

  3. Find the contact: Scroll through your WhatsApp contact list to find the friend you want to share your number with. If you can't find them, you may need to add their contact to your phone's address book first.

  4. Start a chat: Tap on your friend's name to open a chat with them.

  5. Send your number: In the chat window, you can either send a text message or share your number as a contact card. To share your number as a contact card:

    • On Android: Tap the attachment icon (paperclip) or the "+" icon next to the chat text box, then select "Contact." Choose your own contact card from the list, and it will be sent to your friend.

    • On iPhone: Tap the "+" icon to the left of the chat text box, then select "Contact." Choose your own contact card from the list to send it.

  6. Verify with your friend: Once your friend receives the contact card, they'll see your name and number on it. They can save it to their phone's contact list, and from then on, they'll be able to see you in their WhatsApp contact list and start chatting with you.

Alternatively, you can also tell your friends your WhatsApp number directly, and they can manually add it to their contact list and then find you on WhatsApp.

Remember that WhatsApp relies on phone numbers for identification and messaging, so make sure you've provided the correct number to your friends. Always ensure you share your personal information responsibly and only with people you trust.
