When applying for a job at Asda or any other company, the ability to make friends easily is not typically a specific requirement or qualification listed on the job application. Employers primarily look for relevant skills, experience, and qualifications that match the job's requirements.

While being sociable and friendly can be beneficial in many work environments, including customer-facing roles like retail, it is not a definitive factor in the hiring process.
