Fear and anxiety are natural and adaptive emotions that serve important functions in keeping us safe and alert to potential threats.

While some individuals may have a higher threshold for fear or be less affected by certain common fears like spiders, heights, or strangers, it would be extremely rare for someone to be completely devoid of fear and anxiety across all situations.

Even individuals with certain personality traits or disorders that may make them less prone to experiencing fear or anxiety will likely still have some level of response to certain situations or stimuli.

It's important to remember that experiencing fear and anxiety in appropriate situations is a normal part of being human and can be beneficial in protecting us from harm or dangerous situations. It's when these emotions become overwhelming or interfere with daily functioning that they might be considered problematic and in need of support or intervention.
