there is no direct evidence or confirmed scientific observation of humans or any human-made objects being present in any other galaxies. Our current understanding of the universe suggests that the vast distances between galaxies make intergalactic travel exceedingly difficult, if not currently impossible with our technology.

The farthest humans have traveled is to the Moon during the Apollo missions, which is still within our own solar system. Traveling to even the closest galaxy, Andromeda, which is about 2.5 million light-years away, would be an enormous technological and logistical challenge far beyond our current capabilities.

While space agencies and private companies have discussed potential future missions to Mars and other celestial bodies within our solar system, intergalactic travel remains a subject of science fiction rather than a practical reality at this point in time.

It is essential to stay updated on advancements in science and technology, as our understanding of the cosmos is continuously evolving, and what may seem improbable today could become possible in the future. However, as of now, there is no evidence to suggest that humans are present in any other galaxies beyond our own Milky Way.
