humans cannot directly perceive or "feel" the fourth dimension in the way we perceive the three spatial dimensions (length, width, and height). The fourth dimension, often referred to as "time," is different from the spatial dimensions, and our perception of time is experienced as a continuous flow.

While we can understand the concept of the fourth dimension intellectually and use mathematics to describe it, our sensory perception is limited to three spatial dimensions. Our brains have evolved to perceive and interpret the world in three dimensions, which helps us navigate and interact with our environment effectively.

Regarding other species, there is no evidence to suggest that any living organisms can directly perceive the fourth dimension in a sensory manner beyond the three spatial dimensions. All known life forms on Earth are believed to have evolved to exist and interact in a three-dimensional world.

So, it is correct to say that we live in three spatial dimensions. The concept of additional dimensions beyond the three spatial dimensions and time is an intriguing topic in physics and mathematics, but it remains a theoretical and abstract concept rather than something we can directly experience with our senses.
