It's essential to note that OCD can significantly impact a person's daily life and functioning, regardless of whether it revolves around one specific theme or multiple ones. Treatment for OCD typically involves cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and sometimes medication, which can be effective in managing the symptoms and improving the person's quality of life.
