Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse where a person or group makes someone question their sanity, perception of reality, or memories. When done repeatedly by a narcissistic individual, it can lead to severe psychological distress, including conditions like Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

However, there's currently no scientific evidence to suggest that such psychological distress can directly cause epilepsy. Epilepsy is primarily a neurological condition caused by various factors, including genetics, brain structure, and physical injuries to the brain such as trauma or stroke. It's generally not seen as a condition that is induced by psychological stress.

That said, stress—including the psychological stress from conditions like PTSD—can be a trigger for seizures in people who already have epilepsy. And PTSD itself can lead to a host of physical and psychological problems including sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, and issues with concentration and memory.

If a person is experiencing seizures or other neurological symptoms, it's critical they seek medical help to evaluate the cause and get appropriate treatment. And similarly, anyone experiencing emotional abuse or PTSD should seek psychological or psychiatric help. These are serious conditions that require professional intervention.
