This is going to sound strange. Why do I feel like I need to poop every time I'm alone? I'm not nervous about being alone, it just seems that when I'm alone, I have to go.

Do you struggle to FEEL (not hear) the words “I know you feel alone, but you’re not alone” …or “even though I am not physically with you, I am with you”…something along those lines? Does it make you feel even more alone or does it provide comfort? Please share.
