I'm not really hearing voices. I think and get answered. It really feels like telepathy. It's extremely stable and non-intrusive. Does this count as hearing voices? Is this psychosis/schizophrenia?

What should I do? I am starting to freak out. I keep hearing strange noises in my house, my dog hears them as well. I hear people walking or talking, and I hear tapping and other sounds, often when I'm all alone, and my parents don't believe me.
