I took a nap then I woke up very dizzy with slight hallucinations. I felt like I had to fullfill a mission. it's a crazy feeling. Why did it happen?

I have suddenly gotten visual hallucinations over the last few weeks. I know they are hallucinations. I know they aren't real but I see them anyway. They are objects that move and I know that they aren't real. Does anyone else experience something similar? How do you explain it to yourself?
