INFJs, How can I properly explain to my friends without blaming them for not understanding my INFJness about my disappearance without explanation once I decide to reconnect with them? I went through a lot of hell and decided to stop communicating temporarily. I feel guilty about 'being toxic' to them for my way of dealing with my problems and I'm afraid it would cost me the friendship due to lack of communication from my side.
