Since I was originally diagnosed with major depression, I've been taking antidepressants for 40+ years. I'm still taking them and thinking about cutting them back a bit (yes, I've managed them myself for years with my GPs blessing). Have any of you taken them, kept taking them, cut back, or stopped completely since your dx of DID/OSDD? What effect good, bad, or indifferent did this have for you?
